I've always had a love for learning and language! From the moment I first recall hearing someone speak a different language from my own, I was entranced. I pursued an undergrad degree in Spanish and took every opportunity to travel abroad. Naturally, this led me to a 13-year career as a secondary Spanish instructor, and I earned an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction. I moved into curriculum design in higher education, crafting my skills in working with SMEs to create meaningful and engaging courses. I sought more opportunities to learn and grow in my current role as an instructional designer at ADP, where I'm afforded the opportunity to utilize several e-learning platforms to create intentional training for associates!
