I was trained as a personality specialist in 2000 and have used it to coach women ever since. I'm also familiar with the Enneagram. I believe the value of understanding personalities is essential to all parenting. I'm not only a mother but a grandmother.

I've been helping single moms navigate their lives for the last eighteen years. The nonprofit I founded in 2007 supports single moms who are earning a degree that leads to employment.

In southeast Texas, I’m known as the “Old Bird with Feathers of Wisdom for Women and a Soft Spot for Single Moms.” I was a single mother of three for sixteen years before I remarried.
